Welcome to the Castello Cheese Bar

Everyone knows wine and cheese go together, yet a lot of people are unsure of what wine goes with what cheese. As a major partner of Sydney Cellar Door, Castello Cheese is hosting the Castello Cheese Bar where you’re invited to bring in your purchased glass of wine and one of our cheese bar staff will do their best to find you the perfect cheese match.

Everyone has a different palate, so even though we’ve listed some of the more usual combinations below, the best thing to do is come in to the relaxed setting and start experimenting. BYO glass of wine from the event. The cheese is free.

Open from Friday from 7.00pm

Saturday and Sunday from 11.00am.
